What you share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, city or region, desired service, preferred season, and any project notes you choose to provide. A phone number is optional. Please do not submit financial documents, identity documents, payment details, or other sensitive information.

How we use it

Your details are used to assess and respond to your project inquiry, including checking service-area availability and discussing scope and timing. The form’s consent is for this conversation only. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Storage and owner notifications

Inquiries are stored in this website’s managed database on Manus infrastructure. The website also sends a project-owner alert containing the inquiry so it can be followed up. Notification delivery is separate from saving the inquiry. Your inquiry is not displayed publicly, and this website provides no public access to stored inquiries.

Campaign attribution and technical information

If you arrive through an advertising or social link, the form may include campaign parameters, an advertising click identifier, and the referring page address. These help us understand which content generated inquiries. Campaign data may be kept in your browser’s session storage until the tab session ends. The site does not currently install Meta Pixel, Google advertising tags, or nonessential marketing cookies. Hosting infrastructure may maintain technical access and security logs.

Access, corrections, and deletion requests

To ask Lohrer Contracting Ltd. to review, correct, or remove information you submitted, email Dave@lohrerltd.com or call 705-241-3796. Include the email address from your original inquiry so we can identify the relevant record. Avoid including sensitive details.

About the photographs

The pool and timber photographs are illustrative design inspiration, not evidence of completed Lohrer Outdoor Living projects or representations of specific Latham pool models. Service-area availability, project scope, and construction timing are confirmed individually after an inquiry.
